Fees For :

First Quarter                   -Payable latest by 30th April

Second Quarter              -Payable Latest by 31^st July

Third Quarter                 -Payable Latest by 31 October

Fourth Quarter               -Payable Latest by 31 January

(a)      Fees will be charged for twelve months a year payable in advance as per the above schedule.

(b)     If the fees are not paid in full by the specified due dates a fine of Rs. 100/- will be charged per month or a part thereof for the late payment of fees. If the fees remain unpaid for three consecutive months the name of the student will be struck off the rolls. The student may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all arrears and a fresh admission fees of Rs. 1000/-.

(c)      A clear calender month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn. However, if the student is asked by the School to leave, no notice fee for a month is charged. No claim or refund will be entertained for fees already paid under clause (a) above.

(d)     Transfer Certificates on withdrawal are issued only after all dues to the school have been cleared.

(e)     No reduction in fees will be made for continued absence whatever the reason.
