General rules & Regulattion

  1. Students are  responsible  to  the school authorities not only for their conduct in school but  also  for  their  general  behaviour  outside.  Any  reported  or  observed  objectionable conduct  outside  the  school  on  the  part  of  student  will  make  him/her  liable  to disciplinary action or removal of the student from the school.
  2. Politeness courtesy and implicit obedience is expected at all times.
  3. Students should  speak  in  English  on  the  school  campus  and  should  maintain  high standard in conversation.
  4. No student  will  be  permitted  to  leave  the  school  during    school hours. If a student has to go home he/she should not be sent to school that day.
  5. The use  of  unfair  means  in  a  test/examination  will  entail  the  annulment  of  the entire test/examination result and may lead to expulsion from school.
  6. Parents/Guardians of  students  are  requested  to  sign  the  diary  of  their  ward  as having seen :_

(a)      the notices sent out periodically.

(b)     the assignment given to the students for out_of_class hours.

(c)      exercise books in which work has been assessed.

  1. All pupils must attend classes on the opening day, after each of the vacations. Absence without a  valid  leave  application  and  non_payment  of  fees  till  the  end  of  July  or January,  after  the  Summer  or  Winter  Vacations  respectively  will  lead to the removal of  the  pupils  name  from  the  school  rolls  and  the  forfeiture  of  the  security  deposit. The  vacancy  so  created  will  be  filled  up  immediately  and  no  re_admission  will  be possible.
  2. The Principal can in the interest of the school and/or the pupil concerned, insist on the withdrawal of a pupil for the following reasons :_

(a)      where  a  pupil  fails  to  come  upto  or  maintain  the  academic  standards required by the school.

(b)     where  in  the  opinion  of  the  Principal  a  pupil  has  failed  to  accept  and  maintain  the discipline of the school and his/her continued presence is detrimental to the moral tone of the school.

(c)      where a pupil is suffering from a disease likely to affect the health of others.

  1. Suggestions or  complaints,  if  any,  should  be made in writing to the Principal with full name, class and section of their wards.
  2. Any change in address or telephone number of Parents must be intimated immediately to avoid inconvenience.
  3. Full fees  for  summer  or  winter  vacations  will  be  payable  when  a  withdrawal application is submitted in April or November.
  4. Private Tuition by staff members is totally banned.
  5. Damages done  to  the  school  must  be  made  good.  Fines  may  be  imposed  by  the Principal  for  breaches  against  regularity,  discipline  or  rules  and  loss  or  damage  to school property.
  6. Presents, in any form to the members of the staff are not allowed.
  7. Irregular attendance,  constant  negligence  of  work,  insubordination  to  teachers, habitual  inattention  in  class,  obscenity in words or deed, wilful and repeated breaches of  the  school,  regulations,  severally  or  collectively  will  lead  a  pupil  to  serious punishment or expulsion.
  8. Every student  when  called  upon  to  attend  extra  classes  or  to  take  part  in  other activities of the school must participate in the same.
  9. Students should bring their diaries daily to school.
  10. Students are urged to strive always to uphold the name of the school.
  11. The Principal’s prior permission for leave of absence from school is essential.
  12. Where a  student  fails  to  come  upto  the  required  academic  standard  expected  from him/her,  it  would  be  in  the  interest  of  the  student  that  he/she  may  leave  the  school, when  he/she  is  still  young  enough  to  benefit  by  joining  a  school  more  suitable  to him/her.
  13. Parents and  their  servants  are  not  allowed  to  enter  the  class  room  during  the  class hours.
  14. Parents/Guardians and  pupils  should  be  fully  acquainted  with  the  rules  and regulations. Ignorance will be no excuse.
  15. Parents should  see  that  their  ward  comes  to  school  neatly  dressed  and  in proper uniform.
  16. Parents/Guardians should  arrange  to  take  their  ward  back  home  within  30  minutes after the school gets over or the school will not be responsible.
  17. Parents should  be  particular  that  their  ward  gives  all  the  tests  and  examinations.
  18. Students affected  by  infectious  diseases  or  those  who  have  been  exposed  to  such disease  in  their  homes  must  complete  the  quarantine  period  before  re_joining  the school. This should be indicated on the Medical Certificate.
  19. Students will  not  be  allowed  to  enter  the  School  Campus  once  the  School  gate  is locked.
